[HENRY DOMENICO DURANTE] Violin

Active as concertmaster and soloist of Rossini Opera Orchestra (Pesaro, Italy). A talented group that has gained attention in Italy, Europe, America and other Asian countries, and has played an important role in the Rossini Opera Festival. Four years ago, he came to Japan as a member of the orchestra in a joint project with the Vatican City, and subsequently succeeded in many concerts in Hiroshima and Sapporo in 2017 and Suntory Hall in 2019. The quartet (quartet) is also highly regarded. In 2007, he formed a trio dimitri with piano and viola players. Two albums have been released, expanding the field of activity in TV "SKYCLASSICA, RADIO3" and numerous major concerts. In recent years, he has co-starred with "Beethoven's Tripro Concerto (Palermo)" sponsored by the prestigious Sicilian Symphony Orchestra Foundation.

He studied under G.A.Burstí at the Torrefranca Conservatory in Vibo Valencia, where he graduated with the highest grade. As an accompanist of the Reggio Calabria flute association, he performed in Italy and Spain with flute players such as P. Tavarione, A. Carrere, S. Vella and M. Zoni. In 2010, he appeared in a series of performances in Rome, Frascati and Alatri as a representative of the International UNESCO Music Council. In solo, he performed with the Torrefranca Conservatory Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra of Fondi. In 2008-2009, he won a concert with the wind instrument at the Torrefranca Conservatory Competition. After that, he became a teacher at the conservatory. The 2015 Francesca di Paola International Chamber Chamber Music Grand Prize and Special Award, the 2016 Mezzos International Chamber Music Competition No. 1, the same year Mariano Sabina Chamber Music Competition No. 2, the same year the Jacopo Naples International Competition Chamber No. 1 Achieve excellent results at international competitions.
